Stephen Willing

Born and raised in Chance, Maryland, Stephen Scott Willing, received his undergraduate degree from Salisbury University in History/Education prior to his seminary work. Pastor Steve currently resides in Marion Station, Maryland with his wife, Crystal (Adams) Willing, as empty-nesters as their three children, Kyle, Luke, and Kayla have all pursued careers elsewhere. Pastor Steve was saved by the Grace of God in 1993 and began his service in ministry in 1995. He served Bethel & Mt. Hermon United Methodist (UM) churches in the Salisbury, MD area from 1995 to 1999; Mt. Vernon/Mt. Hermon UM churches in the Sharptown, MD area from 1999 to 2003; and Asbury/Mariners UM churches in the Crisfield, MD area from 2003 to 2007. During these years of ministry, Pastor Steve has preached numerous revival meetings throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland and elsewhere. Pastor Steve eventually parted from the United Methodist denomination in 2007 to start an independent Bible church that is Christ Fellowship Bible Church where he is currently Senior Pastor/Elder. Altogether, Steve has been pastoring for over 28 years. Although pastoring is his primary commitment, Pastor Steve remains active in his community in more ways than one. He currently serves as an elected Judge of the Orphan’s Court in Somerset County as well as being appointed by the county commissioners to sit on the Somerset County Police Accountability Charging Committee. Pastor Steve has received many awards for his service and commitment to the community as well as the universal church. His heart remains, however, in seeing the lost saved and Christians being discipled.

Reggie Bell, Elder

I have lived on the same Shelltown farm my entire life. Growing up in a rural area the church was our social life. I am very grateful for the positive influence that it had on my entire life. I am married to my wife Jan for 48 years. We had 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Member of the Eastern Shore Emmaus and have been blessed to serve on several teams to encourage others in their Christian walk. Retired in 2012, I now manage the operation of the family farm as well as working part time in the agriculture industry. Have been able to assist others in their time of need as well as helping with church and community projects.

Romans 10:17 “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”

John 8:32 “And ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free.”
